• Registered users can directly login by entering user ID and password. And apply for Re-issue of passport

• If you are a first-time user, click on New User? Register Now and choose a Passport Office nearest to you. Enter personal details and get registered by clicking on the link (to active account) sent in your e-mail id. Post this, you can login and Apply for Fresh Passport/Re-issue of Passport

• Once you click on Re-issue of passport, get the specified change done in the personal particulars. The list of documents to submit is mentioned below, however, you can also check by clicking on Documents Advisor link on the home page

• After submitting the details, click on the Pay and schedule appointment option. You can make the payment both online & offline. You have to visit the passport seva Kendra to make cash payment

• Select the PSK location and get the Receipt of your payment

Once you'll get the receipt, you need to visit the Passport Seva Kendra where the appointment has been booked. Ensure you carry your original documents along with the application receipt.
