Concession or Exemptions on GHMC House Tax

As far as the exemption or concessions are concerned, they are viable in the following circumstances:

  • If the property has a monthly Market rental value of up to Rs. 50
  • If the property is owned by charitable institutions, ex-military servicemen, recognized schools or places of worship
