Total monthly EMI counts to ₹ 32,224 and total interest payable counts to ₹ 37,33,622.

The Bottom Line

Banks and other financial institutions are currently Offering multi-year low-interest rates on home loans. You can take a home loan at a rate of approximately 7% if you have a Good Credit score.
