Apply for Duplicate PAN Card Offline

In case you want to apply for a PAN card offline, you can avail the relevant form either from a nearby TIN facilitation centre or download the same from the official website. To fill-up the form, make sure you keep the following points in mind:

  • The PAN application form needs to be filled only with black ink and should be in uppercase
  • It is necessary to fill in all the required details in English only
  • You must also mention the ten-digit PAN number
  • You need to fill one character in one box carefully, and after each word, make sure to leave a box blank
  • Two passport size photos are required that should be attached at the top of the application form
  • A signature or left thumb Impression would be required across the photo without covering the face
  • If you are adding the thumb impression, it should be suitably attested by the public notary, magistrate or any Gazetted government officer under official seal and stamp
