You are eligible for HSBC advance benefits if you meet the following eligibility criteria-

  • Maintain a quarterly Total Relationship Balance (TRB) of Rs. 5,000,00 (Rupees five lakhs only); or
  • Have a mortgage relationship with the disbursal of Rs.300,000 (Rupees Three lakhs only) or more, with HSBC India; or
  • Hold a corporate salary account under the HSBC Corporate Employee Programme (CEP) in India with a net monthly salary credit of Rs.50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand only) or more into the account

In case your card is lost or stolen, you need to immediately block your card. You can block your card in the following ways:
