Motilal Oswal Multicap 35 Fund (Erstwhile Motilal Oswal MOSt Focused Multicap 35 Fund)

Motilal Oswal Multicap 35 Fund (earlier known as Motilal Oswal MOSt Focused Multicap 35 Fund) is a diversified fund offered by Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund. The objective of Motilal Oswal Multicap 35 Fund is to invest in stocks of companies across market capitalization and sectors to a maximum of 35 companies and attain for long-term Capital appreciation through it. The scheme uses Nifty 500 TRI Index as its benchmark to construct its Portfolio and was launched on April 28, 2014. Motilal Oswal Multicap 35 Fund is managed by a number of people including Mr. Gautam Roy Sinha and Mr. Swapnil Mayekar. As on March 31, 2018, some of the top constituents of Motilal Oswal Multicap 35 Fund’s portfolio included Maruti Suzuki India Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, IndusInd Bank Limited, Eicher Motors Limited, and Interglobe Aviation Limited. Based on the Asset Allocation objective of the scheme, it invests a minimum of 65% of its accumulated money in equity and equity-related instruments and the remaining in fixed Income and money market instruments.

DSP BlackRock Equity Opportunities Fund (Erstwhile DSP BlackRock Opportunities Fund)

DSP BlackRock Equity Opportunities Fund's (earlier known as DSP BlackRock Opportunities Fund) investment objective is to achieve capital appreciation in the long-term generated from a portfolio that predominantly consists of stocks forming part of large and mid-cap companies. The scheme was incepted in the month of May 2000 and uses Nifty 500 TRI as its base to build its portfolio. The fund managers managing DSP BlackRock Equity Opportunities Fund are Mr. Rohit Singhania and Mr. Jay Kothari. As per the asset allocation objective of the scheme, it invests a minimum of 35% of its corpus in stocks of large-cap companies, minimum of 35% of its corpus in stocks of mid-cap companies.
