Just like every player has its own skillset — batsman, blower — similarly, every investor has a specific risk appetite. Some investors will have a low risk appetite, while others may be a high.
So picking the mutual funds as per appetite is important. For instance, if you want no-risk funds than Liquid Funds are best suited for you. But, if you are a high-risk taker then Investing in Equity Funds would be ideal. So, pick the best position as per your appetite.
Just like a cricket team with different players, building an Investment plan with different funds will bring good returns. No investment Portfolio should depend on one or two funds, a well-diversified portfolio will fetch you good profits. Diversifying means to balance the risk in your portfolio.
Cricket needs time, brain and attention. Likewise, while investing, you need to consider many factors like — time, goal, risk, patience. One bad returns in your investment shouldn’t let you down. In fact, strive for long-term returns. Give time for your funds to perform. Stay in the game till the end.
